Dear family,

week of miracles!!! Powerful one right here:

what a powerful week, a week of many miracles! One of which I want to share. It was definitely different than anything I have experienced so far.

We went to the hospital this week with our stake president to give a less active member a blessing. He had just got into a head on motorbike collision only a few hours earlier. We tried to get in but because we were not family there was no way. we went outside, and the guys father in law showed up, a strong member. We went in to try again, got to talk to the duty manager, went over to the room where the family was waiting, and then our member opened up a fast, with a few gentle rebukes and reminders for the family to be more righteous. It was intense, but the Spirit was definitely there! we all ended up taking turns to say a prayer, and the family was so great, just humbled up and ready to see miracles, it was so cool! All powerful prayers, our member and stake president as well. We finally made it to ICU, and after waiting a bit more, we were finally allowed in. The father in law Gave a great blessing, the stake president asked me to anoint, and then our member, the father in law, gave a powerful blessing upon him. It was so cool to see this family be all together, many less actives, all the kids but one. They were definitely strengthened that day, testimonies being rekindled, and faith being built up. It was so amazing. Great week overall, and that just topped it all off! The church is so true, the priesthood is real, and Christ Lives!
That was a crazy night, we were there from about 7ish to 11 pm. It was so intense!

We also moved Vana's baptism date up to April 18th!!!! We are so excited!!! That was great to have her move that back!

We did some driving practice with President Morley to get Elder Dalton driving. He drives all the time now, I like it.
Went to seminary the morning after the hospital too, get home at 11:30, sleep, and then 5 am for seminary, the kids here are champions!
We helped Bishop Edwards move one of his coworkers, hopefully a referral for the elders there now. It was in Hastings.
Went to another MAC rugby game, they destroyed Havelock North, it was awesome! Best live rugby game I have seen!! President Morley is in the mission presidency and he is the head coach, but we have a ward, Bishop Edwards.
All around great week though, it was fantastic! I love this area, love the members, my comp is the man, just so good all around. so good. Love you all!!

Elder Passey
